Who we are

This site (familyhub.in) is run by Family Hub LLP, E-7, Basni 2nd Phase, M.I.A., Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. If you have any question about your data, email sales@familyhub.in.

What we collect, and why

When you ask for a meeting or our catalogue, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, work email, company, company website, company type, country, how you would like to meet and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number. We use them only to reply to you, arrange the meeting you asked for and, if you are a trade buyer, follow up on your enquiry by email.

We also keep where your visit came from (for example the advert or link you clicked), so we can see which of our adverts reach trade buyers. We do not ask for, and do not want, payment details or sensitive personal data.

If you tell us you are buying for your own home, nothing you have typed is sent to us.

We only send our monthly production news if you tick the box for it. We only message you on WhatsApp if you give a number and tick the box for it.

Legal basis

For UK and EU visitors, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering trade enquiries you send us, and on your consent for newsletters, WhatsApp messages and advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the form secure and working. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and, if we run LinkedIn adverts, the LinkedIn Insight Tag) are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of each page.

Who processes your data for us

• Hostinger, our web host, where this site and the enquiry database (MySQL) run. Enquiries from this site and from our trade page (trade.familyhub.in) are kept in the same database.
• Our email provider, which sends the confirmation email and our replies.
• Automation tools our agency, Sabhi Digital, connects to pass your enquiry to our sales team and email follow-up.
• Our booking tool (Cal.com or Calendly), if you book a meeting time.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is filled in by a person.
• Meta (WhatsApp), if you ask us to message you on WhatsApp.
• Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn, only if you accept those cookies.
• Google Maps, only if you choose to show the map on our contact section.
• YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode), only if you press play on our film.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EU. Where they do, they use the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not become customers for 24 months, then delete them. Customer records are kept as long as we work together and as the law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Email sales@familyhub.in and we will reply within one month. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
